Village Trustee Mark Rosner

Trustee Rosner has lived in South Orange Village since 1985 after moving from New York City where he grew up  Mark was appointed to the Board of Trustees in November of 1998.  Mark became a trustee because he wanted to become more active in the community and be a part of steering the Village in a positive direction.

He is currently the Sales Manager for Integrated Financial Concepts, a subsidiary of National Life and has offices in NYC and Edison, NJ. Mark has been in the Life Insurance business for over thirty-five years. He is a regular on the train to NYC and can often be found talking local politics with other commuters. 

His daughter Shera graduated from Columbia High School in 1998, Ithaca College in 2002 and from Seton Hall Law School in 2006. Shera currently works at the firm of Feinberg and Feinberg in South Orange. Shera and her husband Jason have one daughter – Eloise.   Mark is enjoying being a Grandpa and is looking forward to having more grandchildren in the future. 

Trustee Rosner's Village committee assignments include chairing the Planning & Zoning Committee, membership on the Legal and Personnel committee as well as the Recreation and Cultural Affairs Committee. Mark is currently the trustee liason to the Development Committee, the Seton Village Committee, the Transportation Advisory committee and the Historic Planning Commission.  Mark also sits on the Planning Board.
