Expect better water quality and improved service without a rate increase. Customers will not have to change anything except how and where they pay their bill. You will receive a final bill from EOWC and then after January 1st, 2017 all bills will come from AW. The layout of the bill will be different but will have familiar types of information on usage history, account information, meter readings, contact information, and payment instructions. We will post a sample bill in the transition documents.
The Village and AW are currently planning various infrastructure upgrades and improvements to the system so you will see AW service people working around town at various locations. Depending upon the age of their equipment, some residents and businesses may receive new water meters to improve the accuracy and speed of meter readings.
