Spring into Action - Full Day of Leisure Activities for Seniors & Active Older Adults

So much fun and so little time! On Tuesday, May 15th, 9am-2pm, community seniors and active older adults are invited to the Baird Community Center for a day of leisure activities including art, fitness, learning and more.

Spring into Action will include continental breakfast and lunch and a variety of short sample classes and activities to pick and choose from throughout the day such as Life Drawing, Guided Painting, Social Media Aptitude, Gadget Apps for Tracking Health, Music for Health, Chair Yoga, Fitness, Pickle Ball, International Folk Dance and MORE!  A detailed schedule of classes and activities, along with descriptions, can be found at:

Jointly sponsored by SOMA Two Towns for All Ages and the South Orange and Maplewood Departments of Recreation & Cultural Affairs, Spring into Action is a FREE event for South Orange and Maplewood residents, but advance registration is REQUIRED for planning purposes.

There will be a free swag bag for the first 50 registrants (distributed on the day of event).
