TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH ORANGE VILLAGE
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONTRACTS FOR THE YEAR 2009

                The Township of South Orange Village is seeking qualified candidates to appoint to the positions listed below.  Proposal submission deadline:  Tuesday, November 25, 2008.

1. COAH COUNSEL
2. BOND COUNSEL
3. RISK MANAGER
4. PLANNING BOARD PLANNER
5. BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PLANNER
6. MUNICIPAL PROSECUTOR

The Township of South Orange Village reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities in the proposal received and to reject any and/or all proposals as in its judgment may best serve the interest of the Township.  The Township of South Orange Village shall have a minimum of sixty (60) days from receipt of proposals to either accept or reject them.

The successful bidder shall be required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127.  Pursuant to P.L. 2004, c.57 effective September 1, 2004, the successful bidder shall also be required to comply with the provision of the new Business Registration Law.
