TheTownship holds a tax sale each year for any prior year/s taxes and sewer not paid by the date of sale. The list is advertised in the News Record for four weeks prior to the week of sale. You may also get a list at our website by clicking the link below.

NOTE: A lien does not transfer the ownership or possession of the property to you. Ownership can be obtained only through foreclosure process. All prospective lien buyers are expected to know the laws and procedures associated to tax sale.
All payments for any tax sale items must be made by certified check, cash or money order. No personal checks accepted.
