New Water Aerobics @ South Orange Pool, 11 a.m. Cost: $60
This 4-week one hour aerobics class for 50+ residents will be held at the South Orange pool. Join in for a great way to exercise with minimal pressure on your joints. It’s a great way to improve your heart health, lower your blood pressure and cholesterol. You are sure to have fun moving to the music and enjoying the water. The class is led by Yvonne Christian.
