GENTLE YOGA for SENIORS
Gentle /Beginner Yoga offers basic poses/asanas, taught at a slower pace. Attention will be given to the proper use of breath, stretching, developing strength ,and improving balance, No head stands or handstands-gentle movement.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring water and a small towel, Bring a yoga mat if possible -there are a limited amount of mats which can be borrowed.
Class-1 hour in the grassy area near the skate house/Pond Area.
Class will run for 6 week from September 23 - October 28.
