About the Dolphins Swim Team
The South Orange Dolphins Swim Team is a fun and competitive swim program for children ages 6-18. The mission of the South Orange Dolphins Swim team is to:

  • Develop proper stroke mechanics at an early age 

  • Increase self-esteem and motivation, to encourage hard work, goal setting, and goal achievement
  • Instill the values of dedication, commitment, and good sportsmanship
  • Provide an environment for our swimmers to reach their potential and have FUN!

Soccer Clinics 

Aimed at players who want to take their game to the next level!  Our International coaches offer professionally organized practices that focus solely on individual techniques and skills that will fast track your player(s) game to new heights! SOM Baseball Summer Camp

When you sign up, select the number of weeks of camp you wish to attend. While checking out you will select which weeks you will attend camp.

Our goal for the Summer Camp is to create a fun and positive environment in order to help players develop skills, gain a greater appreciation of the sport, and to prepare them to be successful at all levels. We will do this through quality instruction in all offensive/defensive skills, daily skill competitions, and live games. As well as general recurrent sessions of fitness conditioning focused on improving overall speed, agility, balance and endurance.
Coach Lax and Evans work at a level that brings out the fun in the game.

Each day will start with a review of the daily goals, followed by a dynamic warm-up and flexibility drills. Speed and proper form training will also be demonstrated and instructed.  Each day, time is set aside for scrimmaging to allow players to apply the skills learned to game situations.
