Adult Wellness Fair on May 13!
We are FREE offering condensed memory screenings, 

it will only take 15 minutes. 

Early diagnosis of dementia allows individuals to better prepare for their future.

Memory screenings are a critical first-step indicator of whether a person might benefit from an extensive medical exam with a healthcare professional.
