Public Works Events

Paper Shred Day- Public Works will provide document shredding service to the residents of South Orange on Saturday, September 9 from 8 am until noon or until truck is full at the Public Works facility, 300 Walton Ave.
Proof of residency is required to participate in this event. Commercial volume of documentation will not be accepted. If you have any questions, you can contact the Public Works Department at 973-378-7741 x1.

Fall Jewelry Sale

The Friends of SOPL Fall Jewelry Sale will be held on Thursday, September 21 from 2 to 6 PM at the South Orange Public Library, 65 Scotland Rd and will feature their latest collection of fine, vintage and costume jewelry- necklaces, earrings, bracelets, brooches and much more, all priced to sell.
