Discounts for Senior Transportation

Effective June 1, 2024 –  $5 Rides for Qualified EZ Ryde4Life Program Members!

Eligibility: Limited to members participating in any ONE of the following New Jersey Department of Human Services (NJDHS) programs:

1. Pharmaceutical Assistance to the Aged & Disabled (PAAD) Program
2. Senior Gold Prescription Discount Program
3. NJ Medicaid

Discounted Ride Details:

1. Pay only $5 per ride for trips costing $35 or less
2. Maximum of 16 rides a month
3. Additional 16 discounted rides for dialysis appointments.

Discount cannot be combined with any other benefit/program.  Funding is limited and rides will be provided on a first come, first served basis.
