Trip to Flower Show! Think Spring!PHILADELPHIA FLOWER SHOW TRIP TUESDAY, MAR 3 @ 9:30 AM MAPLEWOOD POOL PARKING LOT 187 BOYDEN AVE.
This year’s Philadelphia Flower Show’s theme is ROOTS: ORIGINS OF AMERICAN GARDENING. Gardens aren’t just made; they’re passed down through generations.
In the spirit of Philadelphia and our nation celebrating the 250th anniversary of American Independence, the Maplewood Garden Club is inviting all on a trip to the Philadelphia Flower Show on Tuesday, Mar 3, 2026. We will meet at 9:30 am the Maplewood Pool parking lot at 187 Boyden Ave. A luxury coach, which has a bathroom and WiFi, will depart promptly at 10:00 am and will return us to the same location around 7:45 pm.
Transportation, entry to the show, and light refreshments ( to be provided on the bus ) are all included for $70 for MGC members and $85 for non-members.
So call your friends to join us on this exciting adventure to escape the winter doldrums. Information on the show can be found on the PFS website. Reservations are first come, first served, and limited to 45 people. In addition, there will be a sign-up sheet at the upcoming general meeting.

| The South Orange Public Library (SOPL) is now scheduling appointments for the 2025 AARP Tax-Aide Program. This free service is designed for seniors but is open to anyone in need, including those outside South Orange.
