Health Fair

The 12^th Annual South Orange Health Fair will be held at the Fire House located at 56 Sloan St from 10 AM until 2 PM this Saturday, Sept 8! Take advantage of informational tables, no-cost eye and hearing screenings and so much more.

Two Towns Triathlon for Kids

The 5^th annual Two Towns Triathlon for kids will be held on Saturday, Sept 8. It was postponed from the originally scheduled date of June 16th. Participants will be between ages 7 and 15 and provide their own bicycle and CPSC certified bike helmet. Swim caps are provided and must be worn during the swim.

Road Work Around Town

There will be curb, sidewalk and drainage work being done on Tichenor Ave starting this week. The work will be from 7 am to 4 pm and is planned to take 2 months, weather permitting.
If you need to park overnight on the roadway, please contact the South Orange Police Department at 973-763-3000 or the Parking Authority at 973-378-7715 x 2037 and inform them that there is roadwork on your street. Find out more information.

Want to get more involved in your community? Attend a meeting. You will get a first-hand look at all the ins and outs of our town and it is a great way to participate and make a difference in the town.
