2026 Primary Election - Tuesday, June 2nd , 2026

2025 Primary Election is Tuesday, June 2nd, 2025 from 6:00 am-8:00 pm. Please check your sample ballot to locate your voting district and polling location or to access your poling location site by clicking HERE. Late Night Voter Registration- May 12th, 2026; 4:30pm-9pm

The Village Clerk's Office will be open from 4:30pm-9pm. This will be the last day to register to vote in the Primary Election to be held on June 2nd, 2026. Application Forms for New Registration, Change of Address, Name Change and Vote by Mail application will be available.

Early Voting Period: May 26th-May 31st 

Locations will be posted once announced by the Essex County Board of Elections.

Anyone Can Vote by Mail!

To get a Vote by Mail application, you may download it HERE, or pick up an application person at the Village Clerks Office. Completed applications should be mailed directly to the Essex County Clerks Office.

Once Vote By Mail ballots are completed, they may be placed in the Essex County Vote by Mail Drop Box right under the Gazebo at 56 Sloan Street. There are two free designated voter parking paces, or mailed to the mail to the Essex County Clerk. If you choose to use the Drop Box, Vote by Mail Ballots are regularly picked up Essex County officials. Most importantly the Drop Box is under video surveillance.
