Register Ready: Special Needs Registry for South Orange Residents

South Orange Village has partnered with Register Ready – New Jersey’s Special Needs Registry for Disasters, a statewide initiative designed to help protect residents with access and functional needs during emergencies.

🧑‍🦽 What Is Register Ready?

Register Ready allows New Jersey residents with disabilities, medical conditions, or other access needs — along with their families, friends, or caregivers — to voluntarily submit critical information to emergency response agencies. This enables first responders to better plan for and assist vulnerable individuals during a disaster or emergency situation.
