The 2025 Final tax bills were mailed the week of September 15, 2025. This mailing includes the status of third quarter billing, along with the billing for 2025 4th qtr., 2026 1st. and 2nd qtrs. The due date for the 2025 4th qtr. is 11/1/2025. The grace period for payment ends on 11/10/2025. All payments received after closing on 11/10/2025 will accrue interest from 11/1/2025. For your convenience, payments can be made at www.southorange.org, sent by mail, or left inside our secure drop box near the Village Tax office door on the third floor at 76 South Orange Ave. Cash payments are not accepted in the drop box. Post mark dates are not considered dates of receipt and post-dated checks will be returned. Feel free to call our office with any questions. 973-378-7715 Ext 4.
